After more than 35 years, we here at Erol’s Autobahn Repair Inc. have made the difficult decision to close our doors. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience our decision might cause, and it is not one we take lightly.

We would like to thank you for the community you have helped us build over the decades and your continued loyalty, trust, and support for Erol’s Autobahn over the years. It has been our honor to serve you and we hope that we have been successful in offering excellent service to our customers and community.

We especially thank you for your support following the passing of Erol’s Autobahn Inc founder and owner, Erol Baycora, in 2021. We know how many of you considered Erol to be not just your mechanic, but a dear and close friend. Each and every one of you have been instrumental in helping us keep his memory and legacy alive, and for that we have the utmost gratitude

With our sincere thanks and blessing to all, it has been our honor to earn your trust and your friendship. Thank you for everything and farewell.

The Baycora family wishes to thank all of Erol’s customers and friends for the messages and comments expressing their condolences for our loss. We are humbled to know that he was loved and respected by so many in the community.

We apologize for not communicating sooner, as you can imagine the sudden loss of Erol was incredibly devastating to our family. Our immediate priority was ensuring that our cultural and religious burial customs were respected so that Erol could be laid to rest in the way that was best suited for him. We decided to bury Erol in Turkey, his home country, in his family plot next to his mother and father. His native land and his parents were some of the things he loved most in this world, and we felt it right in our hearts to take our beloved Erol home. It was our priority to see this endeavor through and we were successfully able to lay him to rest in his home soil on August 1, 2021 -- on the two week anniversary of his passing.

We know how loved Erol was and how deeply he will be missed. We will be hosting a memorial service and celebration of life on September 12, 2021 from 6-9PM at Ozari — a venue located within the L&L Market. The address is for the venue is 3816 Charlotte Avenue Nashville, TN 37209. We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate the life and legacy of Erol Baycora.

Once again, thank you for all the messages of support, love, and kindness you have directed towards our family. While there are too many to respond to individually, we have seen them and we appreciate them immensely. We hope that you will continue to remember and celebrate the wonderful person that Erol Baycora was.

You will speak to Vakkas his brother in law and front office staff. Remember, he stays booked for weeks!! If you have an emergency please call or have a friend take you over to visit! The guys love cold slushies or cold smoothies!
