I don’t update reviews very often, but this one is absolutely worth it.

A few years ago I wrote about my experience buying my 2023 Toyota Tundra Limited from Lance Wiinikka at Toyota of Nashua. Fast forward to today, and once again Lance proved exactly why he has earned my business and my trust.

Due to a change in my situation, I ended up returning my 2023 Tundra. Those circumstances could have made the process stressful, but Lance went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Just like the first time, there was never any pressure, no sales gimmicks, and no trying to push me into something I didn’t want. He simply listened, answered every question honestly, and made sure everything worked out the best it could.

I am now driving a 2026 Toyota Tundra SR5, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Lance has consistently shown that he genuinely cares about his customers. His loyalty, honesty, and commitment to doing what’s right have earned my respect. Those qualities are becoming harder and harder to find, especially in car sales, and Lance is truly one of the best. More importantly, he’s just a genuinely good person.
