Customer had their BMW diesel die out in a parking lot. Went out and trailers it back to the garage and went to work, found the previous repairs at another shop never diagnosed far enough. Found the crank dampener had separated and was not spinning the alternator and other accessories.

Recently had a Jeep commander in for a transmission replacement. Customer did some self diagnosis and got the transmission. While checking it over, found there were a few other issues that when taken care of, they cured the transmission. Connected wiring and systems, and a blown fuse can cause what seems like a bigger problem, back to a smaller one. Customer was extremely happy to not to have paid for the trans swap.

Recently helped a customer with some transmission issues. Codes for speed sensors and torque issues. Found the fluid burnt up and some upgrades got installed to prevent other issues. Switched to Amsoil ATF to top off the upgrades.
