A family in Ave Maria reached out to us this week. They had been receiving violation notices for a dirty roof, stained sidewalks, parts of the house had gone green, and weeds were coming up through the driveway pavers.

Will and I arrived in the morning and got to work. We soft washed the roof, cleaned the house, took care of the weeds, and pressure washed the driveway and sidewalks.

All of it done in one day, and the violations are handled.

Roof soft wash and paver sealing, done in Ave Maria this week.

That roof had years of black algae on it. Soft washing kills it at the root with low pressure, so no cracked tiles and it doesn't come back in three months. Driveway got cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed. Color's back and the joints are locked in.

That dark layer is mildew — normal in Ave Maria, especially anywhere shaded. It comes off. Underneath is the brick you paid for.
