Does anyone know any businesses affected by the Coronavirus crisis? Most business owners are finding it difficult to get help, and my company is approved to help them get the paperwork necessary to get assistance quickly.
Receptionist was polite and the waiting time was acceptable, but unfortunately the battery BXT 96R 590 was not that good. I installed that battery in this store less than two years and now it failed the test. my car mileage was around 48000 and now is 68000 miles. Luckily it is still under 3 year warranty and the store will reimburse around $200 to me in April 2020.
I took my car into service at Ford fair oaks Lincoln and within 24 hours my car was out of service. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. The staff and crew from the start were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. With that said because of this experience I will never take my car into any other shop for repairs or maintenance.
