I had a great experience at Gerald Kia in Naperville. My salesman, Adrijan Tairi, was helpful, friendly and listened to my needs. He worked to give me several options, so I could choose the deal that made the best sense for me. I would highly recommend Adrijan to anyone looking to buy a Kia.
I also LOVE driving my Kia. Kia is a great car (exceeded my expectations). And, it comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty and other perks. You can also stop the dealership anytime to get a complimentary car wash. I highly recommend Gerald Kia in Naperville!

I recently wrote a review of the dealership on behalf of my father-in-law David Schlotterback detailing his issues regarding a defective Kia SUV that he leased and the subsequent struggle to get a loaner vehicle equivalent to his. This morning he called and said that the dealership offered to give him an SUV so he could more easily get in and out of the vehicle. Kudos to the customer service department for stepping up and making this difficult situation more tolerable. Thank you Gerald Kia!

On May 23, 2017 my new Sportage Kia 2017 was hit by another car, I was upset and hurt. I had just left Gerald Kia of Naperville Body Shop for my first oil change. I decided to use Gerald Collision Center to fix the damage on my Sportage Kia because, up to that point I had only had positive experiences dealing with the company. The damage at that point was to the right front side, and considered to be just a small job. The Gerald Collision Center had the vehicle in its control, for the repairs, for about a week, and I was to pick up by the 6th of June but received a call asking for another day.
So on the 7th of June, I went to Gerald Collision Center to pick up my Sportage Kia and to my surprise, the company had not only messed up the repair but, now I had more damage on my Sportage Kia. On my examination of the vehicle after the work performed by Gerald Collision Center, I observed that there was now damage to the rear bumper, numerous scratches and minor "dings" all over the sides of the vehicle, the paint color in the repaired area did not match the original, the vehicle had a dog odor in the interior, there were dirt marks in the rear seat, and about 400 miles had been run on the car.and my mileage was up 400 miles. I went back in the office and everyone disappeared and refuse to come out and help me. After sometime an employees dog came at me and as I screamed the employee came out. I then called the Naperville Police to report the damage to my Sportage Kia and to make sure I had a witness that did not work for this company.
After calling the police the manager onsite came out to talk, he tried to act like nothing was wrong but wanted me to leave my Sportage Kia to be repair again. I then called Gerald Kia main offices to get a corporate manager to see what would be done about these damages. I drove to their location so the body shop could see the damage. I agreed to allow the dealership one more time to get my Sportage Kia fix, in the face of promises that all would be made right. After not having the use of the vehicle once again for an extended period, I observed there were still scratches and dings, there was some sort of substance on the vehicle that would not readily wash off in a hand-wash establishment, and the work was once again unsatisfactory.
I told the Gerald Kia Corporate Manager I would take my Sportage Kia to a more reputable auto body shop, which estimated repairs needed in the amount of nearly $6,000, due to shoddy work, and three different colors of paint, and that their would need to keep my vehicle for about 2 weeks. This will necessitate renting a car so that I could work. On June 27, 2017 I gave Gerald Kia Corporate Manager all the information and this is where we are now. He emailed me back saying they would be in contact and now it has been over a month since the Gerald Kia Corporate Manager has contacted me and over two moths since the original accident and my Sportage Kia is not repaired. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY AND BUY ANYTHING!! CANNOT BE TRUSTED. NOW I HAVE TO FILE IN COURT TO GET ANY JUSTICE.
