Deep Breath.

Everything and everyone is on edge. For some, that edge is a cliff.

We're losing employees and shop owners at a rapid pace right now. Why?

Maybe social media is setting unrealistic expectations of what it means to be a good owner, tech or estimator. Maybe when we judge ourselves by what a magazine, paint company or consultant (us) says we are supposed to be, we feel like failures. Maybe, we feel like the good (shop/customer) never beat big business (insurer/MSO) so what's the point. 🤷‍♀️

Over the summer our C-20 Leadership group is going to discuss mental health, marriage health and employee support. We'll also talk about customers and insurance strategy.

The main point is, because YOU are at your shop working today, someones life is better because you're there. Stop focusing on the "big picture", just do one thing today.

Tomorrow we'll do something else.
