One of these is not like the other hint:it’s who manufactures each one. Customer had 2 parts house compressors fail on a 2019, now time to put Oem back in and last more than 2 months.

New turbo time, the 07.5-18 turbo is virtually identical to the 19+ turbo, compresser housing is slightly different and exhaust housing is clocked differently but generally the same turbo. New turbo provided by Greg Turner
