This is bummer news - as we've all worked hard to get something going in the last year. 😞

As of Today, Carl is cancelling the Idaho Rally for 2022.
"It is painfully obvious that the Idaho Rally Group is not able to fulfill the requirements needed to put on the event.
There will be a meeting at Idaho Pizza on Glenwood on Thursday June 2nd at 7:00pm. We will go over everything then."

We got an email last night from NASA rally that registration for Idaho Rally is NOW open. Please sign up and if there are any issues let us know!

We have a deadline to meet or the Idaho Rally does NOT happen. We currently only have 61 volunteers signed up (1/3 of what we need) and 0 entries.
Nasa rally sport was supposed to have opened up registration but we are still waiting. We apologize for this inconvenience!
If we do not have 25 entries by May 30th we are not putting on the event. If you register, and we do not have the amount needed by the deadline (in the supps), we will refund you.
The small crew trying to make this happen is really trying but we can't do it without all of you.

The Idaho rally group is in serious need of volunteers for this year's rally. If we don't see the help needed by March 17th (the next rally meeting) then the rally will not happen this year and years to come. Open discussion will be held march 17th at 7pm at Idaho Pizza off Glenwood and state St Boise, Idaho. We need members to step up and help take over as some of our current members are retiring. Thank you!

If you did not see the prior post we thank everyone! If you would like to volunteer one piece of advise to consider, not required unless you will be doing a ham position, is to get a ham license and ham radio. Why? Because most of the time there is no cell service up in the mountains. This is a great way to communicate with other ham operators in the area. The AARL website can help you sign up for a class and what is required to sign up. AARL has two classes available for the month of June. Link is:

I wanted to say, first off thank you to all of you whom have messaged us with positive words. We appreciate all of you wanting to help put on the 2022 event. That being said there is a plan in place being developed. We don't want to see next year's event cancelled. Covid was not very kind to so many people and businesses, and I hope all of you remained safe and healthy. Some us are going to be very new to certain positions this year. But the goal is to absolutely make changes needed to make the event happen and hopefully our racers and volunteers come back again for the years to come. Please keep an eye on the page. In the next few weeks we will post what is needed. I have an agenda to make sure we're executing the goals as best we can! Again thank you so much for the support and please help us get the event going for 2022!!

Hello from the Idaho Rally Group. It is with great sadness that we as a club have come to the conclusion that the 2021 Idaho Rally International is no longer viable. We have key positions that are unfilled as well as a lack of sponsor support. We will continue as a club to move towards a 2022 event. If you are interested in becoming involved in the world of rally at its highest levels we are welcoming club ready to bring you in and show you the ropes.
