Many are volunteering their time to battle the fires impacting our communities, and they're asking for donations of:

🥪 Easy-to-eat, pre-packaged snacks

We know our firefighters are fighting the fires that are bringing smoke into the valley.

They are asking for help! You've maybe seen that our firefighters need support right now. Many of them are volunteering.

So, the KTSY Family is turning up the hope! Tomorrow, Tuesday, during KTSY Mornings with Tristi from 7 am - 11 am, KTSY will be broadcasting live at the Walmart at 10 Mile & McMillan.

They need protein and energy bars, easy to eat, pre-packaged high protein food, as well as water and sports drinks.

Let's fill up a box truck and send love and support to our firefighters!!

As America celebrates its 250th anniversary, Idaho is honoring our nation's history by taking the Idaho Liberty Bell on a statewide tour, bringing this powerful symbol of freedom to communities across all 44 counties.

This journey also recreates a remarkable piece of American history. In the 1950s, the original Liberty Bell tours traveled the country aboard Ford trucks, inspiring patriotism and civic pride from coast to coast. Today, that tradition continues as the Idaho Liberty Bell travels on a Kendall Ford F-450, connecting a new generation to the story of our nation.

Built to safely transport the nearly 4,000-pound Liberty Bell, this custom truck features a specialized flatbed designed and built with the support of Reading Truck. Their craftsmanship helped make it possible to carry this important piece of Idaho and American history across the state.

This project would not have been possible without the incredible partnership of the State of Idaho, the Idaho Capitol Commission, the Idaho Historical Society, Reading Truck, and Kendall Ford.

For our Hero Games August 23rd at the Western Idaho Fair, we are looking for 6 more community teams to compete.

There are 10 members on a team that you select, $500 per team entry fee. Competitions are not disclosed until the morning of the event but there are 6 total events. Think strongman/cross fit style events. One event I will give you for example is a humvee pull!
