"My husband's truck suddenly broke down on the interstate after picking up my elderly parents from the airport. With our children, elderly parents, and dogs stranded on the side of the road, it was an incredibly stressful situation.
After calling several tow companies and getting nowhere, he called Canyon County Towing and was relieved to immediately speak with a real person instead of an automated system. The gentleman who answered was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. He happened to be transporting another vehicle at the time, but told my husband he would drop it off and come right back—which he did.
When he arrived, he took the time to look over the truck and help my husband identify the issue. He assisted my husband in getting the fuel line reconnected, allowing the truck to get back on the road. Thanks to his willingness to help, we ultimately did not need a tow. What impressed us even more was that he offered to follow my husband on the interstate for a few miles to make sure everything was holding together and that we made it safely on our way.
Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our family's safety were unmistakable. As a veteran-owned business, Canyon County Towing earned even more of our respect, as my husband is a retired Army veteran himself.
Thank you, Canyon County Towing, for going above and beyond to help my husband when he was frustrated, stressed, and stranded with our family. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and we are incredibly grateful.
