Customer can provide own parts but Grumpy Grunt Auto is not responsible for failure or wrong part. If customer self diagnosis Grumpy Grunt Auto is not responsible if issue continues. If so a diagnosis fee of $80 must be paid plus labor for job IF client refuses diagnosis only labor for repair is required. We give a 30 min window if client and/or vehicle are not present at time of arrival. A $50 deposit will be needed to reschedule. We pride in work quality and not quantity and put you as a client first.
