Not every visit goes exactly as planned—and that's why inspections matter.

This Ram 2500 came in for a routine alignment, but once we got it on the rack, we found several worn front-end components that made a proper alignment impossible.

Instead of forcing it into spec, we performed a complete front suspension and steering inspection so we could show the customer exactly what was worn out and explain the repairs needed to get it back to driving safely.

At FBK Off-Road, we believe in doing the job right the first time. If something isn't safe or won't hold an alignment, we'll let you know before moving forward.
