We close on mortgage home loans for manufactured housing. We’re looking to fill a Loan Processor | Finance Assistant, Part-Time position.
We are looking for a professional that can thrive in a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership who will be responsible for finance documents, billing/invoicing, following up on all working deals in a time sensitive matter, scheduling contractors and more.
Knowledge of loans and manufactured home sales process is preferred. However, we are accepting applications for those without specific training in this position or field.
Bilingual REQUIRED

• KEY ROLE: Gather and Assemble all necessary documentation to close on mortgage loan
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent organization
• Excellent communication skills with sales and customers
• Excellent customer service
• Great Follow-up Skills
• Ability to create processes/systems that will make your job easier
• Purchase Agreement Processing
• Confirm appointments for closing with customer, bank, and title company
• Collection of deposits
• Loan Processing/Finance experience preferred
• Experience working with Sales people preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
