Here’s everything you need to know before your first visit! 👇
💵 HOW TO GET A BIDDER NUMBER AS A PUBLIC BUYER:
All public buyers must bring:
✅ A valid ID
✅ A $500 CASH deposit
💰 What happens to your $500?
• If you DON’T buy anything, simply come back into the office after the auction, and your $500 will be refunded.
• If you DO buy something, your $500 deposit will be applied toward your total purchase price.
Wondering how our auction fees work? It's simple! Your fee is based on the selling price of the vehicle.
PUBLIC FEE SCHEDULE
- $0–$499: $170 fee
- $500–$2,499: $355 fee
- $2,500–$4,999: $385 fee
- $5,000–$7,499: $415 fee
- $7,500–$9,999: $445 fee
- $10,000–$12,499: $475 fee
- $12,500–$14,999: $505 fee
- $15,000–$17,499: $535 fee
- $17,500–$19,999: $585 fee
- $20,000–$22,499: $635 fee
- $22,500–$24,999: $685 fee
- $25,000 and up: $735 fee
HOW IT WORKS
Your fee is determined by the price the vehicle sells for. Simply find the vehicle's selling price on the list above to see the applicable fee.
EXAMPLES:
- Vehicle sells for $400 → $170 fee
- Vehicle sells for $1,500 → $355 fee
- Vehicle sells for $3,000 → $385 fee
- Vehicle sells for $6,000 → $415 fee
- Vehicle sells for $8,000 → $445 fee
- Vehicle sells for $12,000 → $475 fee
- Vehicle sells for $20,000 → $635 fee
- Vehicle sells for $30,000 → $735 fee
📌 Remember: These are the public buyer and seller fees. Be sure to factor the applicable fee into your budget when buying or selling.
⚠️ Remember, your total purchase price includes the buyer’s fee, so be sure to factor that into your budget!
🚘 CAN YOU TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLES?
Public buyers are NOT allowed to drive the vehicles. However, the keys are in the vehicles, so you can start them, check the A/C and heat, test the windows, put them in gear, and check out the vehicle before bidding.
🕟 WHEN CAN YOU LOOK AT THE VEHICLES?
Viewing starts at 4:30 PM every Wednesday!
📸 WHEN DO WE POST VEHICLE PREVIEWS?
We usually post preview pictures around 1:00 PM on sale day! Keep in mind that vehicles continue arriving throughout the day, sometimes right up until sale time. You never know what might roll through our lanes! 👀🔥
