Epoxy Facts.... this is really Important!!!
ALWAYS, ALWAYS use anchor screws!!! If you don't, eventually the epoxy will break off, bend valves and stuff.
Always use a Minimum of 2 anchor screws!!! Further apart is best, but not more than about 1.5".

NHRA Super Stock 275/327 heads getting pretty close.
I'm updating the design. Someone else did them previously and really doesn't understand that "Throat/Port sizing" formula.
Like most of the heads that we do, we rough them in with the vertical mill. You've seen me with them tilted in the mill.
The mapped size and shape is now correct. I need to make some changes in some areas to get the volume legal . And put the Baaadass RET Racing Engine Technologies valve job on them. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
These were on the dyno before they came here. So we'll know exactly the gains that we made. Definitely going to move him waaaaaay up the qualifying sheet.

I must apologize for my lack of posts lately. We've been buried in work (no sleep) and We've been on vacation and working on the ChevyII. Waiting on the camshaft and pistons. More ChevyII stuff to come in a few months.

Here are our latest NHRA Super Stock 1992-1997 EFI LT1 heads and intake manifold.
1.94 intake valve, 173cc intake runners
Check out the numbers!!!! Started at 218cfm, Finished at 271cfm
Always flowed through the intake manifold. Never fake clay entrances here. (I removed and am not showing the intake manifold, to protect the innocent)

One of my customers just received his cheater race heads.
He just called me. He's an old guy. Big Southern accent. He said: boy...these look more legal now than when they come from the factory. You definitely know how to hide your work.
I told him: you probably don't know Travis Miller. But he's the NHRA inspector that I had to hide my work from. I learned a lot, hiding from the best.
Thank you Travis Miller! The toughest, most fair NHRA tech inspector. We desperately need more like you
