🎉 Introducing Setting the Standard 🎉
At Auto-Wares, we're fortunate to have team members who go the extra mile every day to take care of our customers. That's why we've partnered with Standard Motor Products to launch Setting the Standard, a new employee recognition program that celebrates employees who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.
Today, we're proud to recognize our first winner, Pat Burke, Store Manager at Auto Value North Muskegon #242.
When a part ordered for a customer was lost in transit, Pat didn't settle for telling the customer to wait. He took ownership of the situation, tracked down another part, and made sure the customer had what they needed that same day. It's the kind of initiative, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset that turns a challenge into a great experience.
