Evasive maneuvering....simulates driving down a road and an obstacle comes out of nowhere.

Skid Monster. Simulates them being in Ice though in Dry Pavement....and yes we make them spin out on purpose.... that way they can experience it in as controlled environment as possible.

Advanced Teen Driving for Spring is in the books! Thank you to Michigan Adventures for letting us use your facility! Thank you to PepsiCo for donating beverages, Alsteens Fencing for Chips and Cookies and State Farm for donating the Original Skid Monster Equipment and Emergency Services for taking the Orignal equipment (since the other company out of business) and making it work on a different car. And Emergency Services for donating the use of their cars for the event!

Hello! Just a friendly reminder of our Upcoming Dates May 3rd and May 4th!

It is also only a ONE DAY course. Have had several inquiries about this.

But most importantly, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY the $20 fee for signing up your teen (which would have been refunded after the class) is NO LONGER! The class is back to being FREE - This is per MCSO Higher Ups - Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion!

HELLO ALL!!! There have been several comments asking for more information on our Program....I thought I had posted something on this but I could not find it. Our program is designed to show Teenagers some capabilities of cars and get them more comfortable with the cars. We aim to show them techniques that are aimed at making them a safer driver and reduce crash rates. While the teens are on the courses, they are accompanied by Police Driving Instructors. We have them do a Serpentine, a backing course, an evasive maneuvering and a controlled braking exercise. We also have a "Skid Monster" that simulates driving on Ice though they are on dry pavement.

There are just a few spots left open for May 3rd but still lots of spots for May 4th.
