📢 IMPORTANT STORAGE CUSTOMER NOTICE 📢

We want to give all of our storage customers a heads-up that, unfortunately, rental rates are increasing effective September 1, 2026.

We have done our best to keep our prices as low as possible, but our insurance costs have increased by 10%, and our property taxes are projected to increase as well. With these rising expenses, we have reached the point where an adjustment is necessary.

We are still proud to offer some of the lowest storage rates in the area, and we truly appreciate your continued business and understanding. ❤️

Our new monthly rates, including tax, are:

🔹 14' x 40' — $294.25/month
🔹 14' x 50' — $321.00/month
🔹 16' x 46' — $321.00/month
🔹 28' x 50' — $642.00/month
🔹 42' x 40' — $963.00/month

We understand that nobody likes a price increase, and we certainly don't enjoy raising our rates. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and are grateful that you choose to store your belongings with us. Thank you for your understanding and continued business! ❤️

IF YOU RENT A UNIT BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST AND PAY IN FULL FOR THE YEAR, YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE THE OLD RATE + A $250 DISCOUNT!!

As a local, family-owned and operated trucking and storage company serving Muscatine since 1978, our hearts are with the businesses and families affected by the devastating tragedy downtown. We know this has caused so much stress, uncertainty, and displacement, and we want to help in any way we can.

If you were affected and need a large, safe, dry place to temporarily store your belongings, we're offering our 14' x 50' concrete storage units at 50% off for the remainder of the summer (June, July, and August).

Our units are clean, secure, and available immediately.

If this could help you or someone you know, please reach out. We're proud to be part of this community, and we're here to support our neighbors during this difficult time. ❤️

🌊 Is your stuff learning how to swim? Don't let the river decide what you get to keep.

We've got XL storage units that are clean, safe, and most importantly... DRY. (Apparently that's becoming a luxury around here. 😬)

✅ Concrete Floors
✅ Electrical outlet in every unit (charge your boat battery while you're at it 😉)
✅ Power overhead door
✅ Security cameras
✅ Professional pest control
✅ The lowest price around for units this size

If the river is looking for a roommate, tell it "not today." Let us be your dry spot.
