We have a position open for Technical Solutions Consultant. This position is remote and is a full-time, long-term contractor position.

The ideal candidate will have two years' tech support experience, SQL experience, 1 year experience in a trainer role (preferred). Experience providing remote training a plus.

Our contractor will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech support, train customers, write manuals, and provide user testing. They will work remotely, living in one of the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin

We are now hiring for second shift 100% REMOTE Customer Support Agents for Emergency Road Service. We are hiring remote agents in select states only: AR, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, and WI. $15/hr base wage, with shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, Wkend.

Our Customer Support Agents work 40 hours per week, remotely from their home office on their own computer equipment. They have superior customer service and computer skills. They multi-task and make decisions quickly, to help out stranded truck drivers.

We will hire 1 On-Site Company Representative. We operate a 24/7/365 call center in support of the largest tire company in the world. Our On-Site Representative will work out of the location of our commercial fleet customer in Lowell, AR. They will act as the immediate liaison between our company and our fleet customer. They will work second shift.

The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills, be able to address issues with all levels of employees at both companies, have great time management skills, and excellent professionalism.
