Great review from Ingra... "I’m very glad I found Mayday RV Repair. As a local company serving Myrtle Beach, they really understand the needs of RV owners in the area. Before calling them, a national chain was trying to push another expensive roof and seal service on us after claiming they had already redone the roof and all seals the previous fall — less than six months earlier. That did not sit right with me.

We originally brought our RV to the national chain to prepare for the 2026 camping season because they had winterized it in the fall, and we wanted to make sure everything was ready to go. We had already spent several thousand dollars there on two of their full-service maintenance packages, so being told we needed the same major work done again so soon was concerning.

Mayday RV Repair was the complete opposite experience. Since I was too busy to bring the RV into a shop for an inspection, they sent a mobile technician directly to us. The inspection showed that all the seals on the roof and around the sides looked practically brand new, with no signs of wear or weathering at all. Scheduling was flexible, communication was easy by text and phone, and the technician arrived exactly on time.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that feels honest, responsive, and customer-focused instead of sales-focused. I would absolutely use them again."

We had a water heater issue at our campsite and this company was recommended by Keystone. Water heater needed replacing and they were able to find one same day and install it.
Would use them again if issues weee to cone up while we are camping"

Their service was fast, reliable, and extremely professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with our hot water heater efficiently, getting everything back up and running in no time. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable they were—taking the time to explain what went wrong and making sure we felt confident everything was working properly.

On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. "3/30/26 1st, my call was answered immediately by a person. 2nd-That person scheduled me immediately. 3rd- Bob, the tech, was professional and friendly; and a dog lover. 4th- Bob made 3 trips to fix my RV problems-even coming in on a Saturday. 5th- Owner found the part I needed for my RV instead of having to order it which was helpful as I was leaving in 2 days. 6th- I felt the whole time these people were concerned, and were doing their best to take care of me. 7th- The price was not as much as I thought it would be so I thought it was fair. 8th-Would I use Mayday again, absolutely ,and recommend their business to any RV owner. Unfortunately for me, it was, as expected, a 5-minute fix, but I didn’t have the tool or part to do it, and the fee is a rather pricey minimum of an hour, but he was willing to help me with another little 10-minute project as well, and you can’t beat the convenience… and we have water again! Much appreciated!"
