Please help me help a friend. If you work at the post office or UPS, please tell me how to solve this problem.
I paid for UPS ground saver. They then handle it to the post office UPS. UPS told me it is a USPS problem and the reverse as well. PayPal says it’s paid. UPS acknowledge it’s paid.
PayPal can’t do anything but refund my shipping label cost!
The insurance doesn’t cover the cost at all.
UPS won’t file because it’s not “lost” and I can’t pay usps because the tracking number would not match the match. Here’s address where they are according find my iPhone app.
