Cumberland Toyota found out the “why” behind why a partnership with BG Products matters! Starting with technicians we trained on brand new, state of the art, AWARD WINNING MACHINES! Showing why our equipment remains at the top of the charts when considering efficiency, and functionality. Technicians were able to service old and new(pictured) models with ease. Thanks to the team at Jenkins and Wynne Ford Pro for participating in our diesel DPF cleaning service demo that we performed on a flatbed tow truck with a 6.7L Cummins diesel. After the service was completed Tyler, assistant shop foreman, hooked up the scanner…. The DPF was pulling 5 Nm of pressure to the exhaust system before the service and he had already run a regen several times without any changes in the readings. In addition every time they started the truck the check engine light would immediately come on. We backed the truck out after the service was completed, connected the scanner, and the check engine light was gone! After the regen following the service was complete the engine was only pulling .4 Nm of pressure on the exhaust! If your “why” is about results, BG is your partner!

Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with Chris McPhillips and the team at Hyundai and Genesis of Cool Springs today.

We worked with the new service advisors on BG MOA, EPR, 44K, and ethanol services —why they matter, how they protect the vehicle, and how they genuinely serve the customer.

When advisors understand the purpose behind the products, conversations change and results follow.

Excited about the direction this team is heading and the future ahead.
