I’m excited to share a major milestone for Auto Shield Glass Repair! Please help me welcome Stephanie Pflipsen as our new Chief of Staff (COS).

Stephanie will be working alongside me to help keep the business running smoothly and moving forward. She’ll be handling scheduling, admin work, marketing materials, and social media, all the things that keep us organized and growing.

She brings a strong background in startup business development, marketing, and creative brand development, and has a true passion for helping small businesses thrive. Stephanie’s drive, attention to detail, and creative energy are exactly what Auto Shield needs as we continue to expand our services and strengthen our connection with the community.

Some repairs take more than tools, they take heart. ❤️ This summer my son was right there beside me, handing me tools, asking questions, and even wiping down the glass when we were done. He might be small, but the pride I saw in his eyes was bigger than any job I’ve ever done.
