Ok guys and girls muncie got hit with a big rain this morning. We are here and looking over everything. Yes we could get the track dry by 12 but we would be fighting weepers all day and flooded pits, which we feel would make it unsafe for us motorcycle guys. As much as I hate to do it we are gonna have to cancel. The high for the day is only 63 degrees and it’s just not the conditions we need to make it safe for everyone.

First and foremost I wanna think Scott Daniels and Dawn Daniels and Muncie Dragway! You guys have all treated us bike racers like family and have always gone out of your way to give us a place to race. We really appreciate all you guys, more then you know!! We appreciate everyone who supported and came out to either race, watch or help!

With a heavy heart, today was very tragic for the racing community. We lost a great sportsman, Kevin Williams due to a motorcycle incident. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this time of grieving. Kevin was someone who was always willing to lend a extra hand when needed! To many racers he was a great teacher and friend; of this sport we all love. Due to the circumstances, racers as a community, will be donating today’s proceeds from the event to Kevin’s family to help in anyway possible during this difficult time. Thank you Kevin for the impact you have made in this world!
