Launched yesterday, June 3, 2026.
Ford and Filson introduced the first-ever Bronco Filson edition. Think Eddie Bauer edition from the 1990's, Filson is a high-end outdoor clothing outfitter.

A rugged premium 4x4 SUV that unites Bronco's "Built Wild" capability with Filson's promise of "Unfailing Goods". According to Ford, it's designed to take you to the most remote places on Earth in refined comfort and convenience, it's the newest member of the Bronco lineup and goes on sale early 2027.

Just like the gear Filson has supplied to pioneers and the U.S. Forest Service for more than a century, the Bronco Filson is built to deliver confidence and performance in harsh trail conditions.

The proven 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 — shared with Bronco Raptor and refined with application-specific tuning — gives Bronco Filson the power and torque to handle a wide range of conditions.

Every Bronco Filson comes standard with the Sasquatch package, which includes:
*Front and rear electronic locking differentials

*High-performance Fox shocks with internal bypass technology to improve off-road durability and reduce harshness over rocky terrain

*35-inch rugged-terrain tires — the largest of any premium 4x4 SUV — that help reduce road noise without sacrificing off-road grip

*Standard Trail Turn Assist tightens off-road turning radius, and Trail 1-Pedal Drive enables precise, confident slow-mode rock crawling.

*The Terrain Management System with G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) Modes offers seven driver-selectable modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery, Baja, Off-Road, and Rock Crawl.

*Fast 5G and Wi-Fi connectivity plus SYNC 4 infotainment with a standard 12-inch screen provide access to the standard 360-degree camera system and apps like onX off-road trail maps via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

*The backbone of every Bronco Filson is a high-strength steel ladder frame — built for this, not borrowed from elsewhere.

Orders open fall 2026, with vehicles arriving in showrooms early 2027.

Bronco Filson has a targeted starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price in the mid $70,000s.

64 Ford Galaxie.
Stark Hickey Ford was originally founded in Detroit, Michigan, and eventually expanded to operate several locations in the Detroit metropolitan area.

The primary and most famous location from the muscle car era of the 1960s—frequently recognized for selling high-performance Shelbys and being central to the Woodward Avenue cruising culture—was located at 550 North Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak, Michigan.

The street numbers were later reconfigured, and that exact location was renamed to 27550 Woodward Avenue. Today, it still operates as an active dealership under the name Royal Oak Ford.

A little Wisconsin dealership history today from the Cedarburg historical society...

Lauterbach Ford Sales and Service, located on Washington Avenue in downtown Cedarburg.

This photo shows they displayed the latest open and closed body Model Ts plus a Fordson Tractor on the sidewalk. This building was constructed in 1915 and its original use was as an automobile showroom in the heart of downtown Cedarburg.

It was this time in dealership history that salespeople not only sold someone a car, they had to teach most of them how to drive it. A very different business model from today's dealerships.

In the spring of 1981, Robert “Bob” Fish opened Bob Fish Pontiac, Buick, GMC, and Isuzu Trucks in West Bend, Wisconsin. The Fish family operated the S. Main Street dealership for 37 years until June 2018, when they sold the property and business to the Lynch family.

Over the years, Bob Fish expanded the showroom and added Bob Fish Truck Equipment, becoming heavily known for commercial medium-duty and custom truck manufacturing.

The 1925 Ford Model T Roadster (also called the Runabout) is an automotive icon. Featuring a reliable 20-horsepower inline-four engine and a unique three-pedal planetary transmission, this classic delivered dependable, open-air style for the everyday driver.

In 1925, this stylish Roadster cost about $260 and was the most affordable model available. It wasn't built to break speed records with its top speed of about 45 mph, but it gave early motorists the ability to get around.

Driving one of these beauties is entirely different from today’s cars—operating a Model T takes a little practice with hand throttles and a pedal setup for clutch, reverse, and brake.

Have you ever ridden in or driven a Model T? Let me know in the comments!
