🔧💥 TORN BOOTS? DON’T WAIT UNTIL IT COSTS YOU AN AXLE!

We had this Yamaha Wolverine 350 ATV in the shop for new front CV axle boots.

Those little rubber boots have a BIG job—they keep grease in and dirt, water, and debris out of your CV joints. Once a boot tears, continuing to ride can turn a boot replacement into a complete axle replacement. 😬

Signs to watch for:
⚠️ Cracked or torn boots
⚠️ Grease slung around the wheel or suspension
⚠️ Clicking or popping while turning
⚠️ Dirt or water getting into the joint

Your clutch system takes a beating, especially on machines used for work, mud, trails, or hauling.

Signs your clutch may need attention:
⚠️ Sluggish or jerky acceleration
⚠️ RPMs climbing without the speed to match
⚠️ Belt slipping or burning smell
⚠️ Unusual clutch noise

We had this Can-Am Defender in the shop for a motor mount replacement!

Worn or damaged motor mounts can cause:
⚠️ Excessive vibration
⚠️ Clunking or movement
⚠️ Unusual noises

💥 WHEN ONE REPAIR TURNS INTO A FEW THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION!

We had this Polaris Ranger in the shop for some drivetrain work, including:

🔧 Secondary clutch replacement
⚙️ New drive belt
🛞 Axle boot replacement

A worn clutch or belt can cause poor acceleration, slipping, unusual noises, or inconsistent performance. And a torn axle boot can let grease out and dirt and water in—eventually leading to a much more expensive CV axle repair.

Catching these issues early can make a BIG difference!

🔧 CRANKING BUT NOT STARTING? IT COULD BE A FUEL ISSUE!

We had this Kawasaki Mule in the shop for diagnostics after it wasn't running like it should.

After troubleshooting the problem, we tracked it down to the fuel pump. New fuel pump installed and another repair checked off the list! ✔️

That’s why proper diagnostics matter—we want to find the problem before we start replacing parts.

🌱🔧 WHEN THE ENGINE RUNS… BUT THE BLADES WON’T!

This Dixie Chopper zero-turn came into the shop needing a new PTO clutch.

The PTO clutch is responsible for engaging your mower blades, so when it fails, you may have a perfectly running mower—but you’re not getting much grass cut! 😅

We installed a new PTO clutch and got this Dixie Chopper ready to get back to work. 💪

If your mower blades won't engage, engage intermittently, or you're hearing unusual noises from the PTO area, bring it by Dirt Path LLC and let us take a look!
