I had made this cut away over 15 years ago, salvaged it from fire and lost track of it...while talking to Joe Abbate , He asked for a sample hub to talk about on his show and I thought maybe I could refurbish it! Well with the virus keeping us at home now I had plenty of time to get it done! Shipping it off ASAP , well as soon as I line up a usps pickup!

THis is what usually happens to the Bultaco “chrome” lined hubs . The also fall pray to Incorrectly torqued spokes and then cause an out of round distortion and then no brakes!
This is easily fixed by cutting out the chrome and some hub material and then I custom make a liner from DOM seamless tubing. I install and then lace and true wheel and true cut shoes on your backing plate and then make final cut on new liner for a nice fit! I plan on uploading more information and videos soon!
