🏁 RACE FANS — QUICK REMINDER! 🏁

Just a couple quick reminders as we get ready for an exciting night at Mt. Pleasant Speedway!

🚗 PIT PARKING: Anyone coming to the pits who does not have a trailer or race car must park in the general parking area. Personal vehicles will not be allowed to enter the pits.

🎟️ MINI WEDGE PASSES: Please remember that Mini Wedge passes will not be honored for tonight’s event.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding! Let’s have a great night of racing! 🏁

🚨 DRIVERS!!! 🚨

Cut-off time to draw is 4:30 PM!! Any driver or person hoping to draw after 4:30 PM will start in the back of their heat race! DO NOT wait until 4:30 to come draw!

Every driver will need to know their transponder number when coming up to draw! We have a limited amount of transponders available to rent for $20. If you need to rent one, you will need to turn in your driver’s license and you will get it back when you return the transponder.

All drivers must have a working race receiver as well!

📢 There is a new speaker in the Back 40! When you hear your race being called to line up, be sure to get lined up! With our curfew, we need to keep the show rolling!

🚨🏁 PRACTICE IS CANCELLED!! 🏁🚨

Our sincerest apologies, but practice will need to be cancelled for tonight. We need to give our Track Crew all the time they need to prepare the facility and track for tomorrow, and unfortunately, that means no practice tonight.

Our crew is working hard, and we do not want to rush the process. Our goal is to give our drivers the best track possible for tomorrow’s racing! 🏁

🚨 ABSOLUTELY NO RACE CAR HAULERS OR TRAILERS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF TONIGHT! 🚨

Please allow our Track Crew the space and time they need to work and prepare the pit area.

⚠️ THERE WILL ALSO BE NO HOT LAPS TOMORROW. In an effort to save the track as much as possible for racing, we will be going without hot laps.

⏰ GRANDSTANDS OPEN AT 3:00 PM

We truly hope everyone understands. These decisions are being made so we can give our drivers the best parking possible and, most importantly, the best racing surface possible.

Our crew is currently hard at work getting everything worked in and ready to go! They are confident they can get it done, and we’re doing everything we can to give you a great track for tomorrow! 💪🏁

🚨 PRACTICE: We will let you know if practice is still on for tonight as soon as we can!! We do not want to rush the crew, as we all want a great track for tomorrow!

We also ask that everyone PLEASE CONTINUE TO WAIT BEFORE BRINGING YOUR RACE CAR HAULERS AND TRAILERS IN.

We know everyone is anxious to get here, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding! ❤️
