We just got a 5 star review on DealerRater: “Jena at Andrews in Mount Juliet was such a joy to work with! She answered any and all of my questions and addressed each concern with care and knowledge. She made the stressful process of selecting a new car so painless! Also would like to point out the efficiency of the whole team. Everyone works together to get you and your car out the door as soon as possible. They really do understand that nobody wants to sit in a dealership all day- I was in & out in about an hour. Will certainly be back to buy another Cadillac from Jena and Andrews! ” See what people are saying about us

We love to hear it! “I did not visit your dealer ship but you were well represented by Greg
Borchers delivery and handling of paperwork and operating functions of the car. His follow up by phone was exactly what I needed to be comfortable with all the questions I had about the new functions in the car.

We just got a 5 star review on DealerRater: “From the moment I called Joey till the time I drove off the lot everyone made me feel welcomed and special! Benton, Justin and Joe went above and beyond. They made everything even more special as they knew it was my birthday. They went out of their way putting a big red bow on my new Escalade and told me happy birthday over and over. Justin is a saint…he sat in the car with me for almost 2 hours setting up onstar/pairing my phone and showing me how everything worked. He even offered for me to come back in a few days for a refresher and to show me MORE things I can do with this vehicle. ” See what people are saying about us
