We officially joined the ASE family last week. This week, ASE was awarded a $25 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor—the largest workforce investment the Department has ever directed to the transportation service industry—to help place 6,000 new apprentices in auto, collision, and truck service.

The industry needs roughly 128,000 new technicians a year and trains only about 37,000. This grant is designed to help shops retain new hires through the critical first year, not just recruit them.

An impactful investment, and great timing to be part of this team. 🔧
