TOO LATE FOR PREVENTION
We've had several trucks come into the shop this year for preventative fuel system upgrades.
Unfortunately, some of them arrived just a little too late.
What started as a planned CP4 replacement turned into a complete fuel system repair after metal contamination was discovered throughout the system.
When contamination spreads, repairs often involve injectors, fuel lines, rails, pumps, and extensive cleaning of the fuel system.
That's why routine fuel filter maintenance and early preventative action are so important.
Fuel system repairs can be some of the most expensive repairs diesel owners face.
Taking care of the small things today can help prevent major expenses tomorrow.
What fuel filter are you currently running on your truck?
