Mt. Airy lost a great business man and Tom and I lost a wonderful friend in life! Bob’s Towing and Transport was always our number one towing resource for the last 20 years! We thought of Bob as one of our own! He is already greatly missed! 💔🙏🏻💔

This is now for real - Tom and I spent all day Saturday and Sunday cleaning out our office! We are officially enjoying our 1st celebratory toast!!! Peace out!

Happy (and A little sad?) Announcement
We Are RETIRED as of June 2nd 2023

After 25 years in business serving this wonderful community, Tom and I have SOLD Mt. Airy Collision Center, Inc. to Caliber Collision! Caliber has onboarded all
of our employees with their full tenure and is bringing a multitude of resources and benefits to ensure they still produce the highest quality repairs!
We want to sincerely thank all of our long time customers for your continued support through the years.
We have leased the existing collision center and half of the new building to Caliber BUT we have kept 6,000 sq ft in our new building where we have opened our own mechanical shop! Introducing Back Acre Auto Care, LLC - please hop over to our Back Acre Auto Care page (so much for retirement) and like or follow us there as this page will eventually need to be deleted!

We had a surprise delivery of 9 boxes of girl scout cookies last week? Very nice - thank you to whomever sent them! The box was signed “Mt Airy Collision - Enjoy!” Thanks so much! 🤓As you can see a few boxes were claimed already!

TODAY is THE day we opened our business 25 years ago!! Wow - time really does fly- we employ 15 people including ourselves and have had a revolving door at times, but like any great sports team, you sometimes have to change out the players to achieve your goals!
I found out I was pregnant in Jan of 1998 and now our daughter will be turning 25 in September!! We have 20 year old twin boys that are now both working for the family business! Our oldest son, Steve who was with us, from day one has moved to Long Island in May of 2020 to marry the love of his life and we also now have three grandsons and a beautiful baby granddaughter!
We are very proud of the business we have established, but most of all we are proud that being an employer over the years we have helped 8 of our employees become first time home 🏡 buyers!! It really makes us happy to be able to provide steady incomes to so many families!
I know that Tom and I might make what we have achieved look like it was “EASY” - I can tell you it’s not, YES it has been very rewarding but not without a lot of hard, stressful days and sometimes weeks mixed in! Our family has definitely sacrificed in certain ways that others might not understand- being a business owner is not as glamorous as many think! It is a lot of responsibility and accountability that can be very overwhelming at times!
A “Huge Thank You” goes to ALL of our loyal customers and employees over the years that have made this all possible! We love serving your needs in our community! I always say, “If we can’t do it right, we don’t want to do it at all”
