WHO THINKS ITS COMING.....

Are you ready to build a snow man? Have you made it to the grocery store? Hopefully so, my Wentzville Walmart literally had zero eggs last night :( So the rush is on for FRENCH TOAST!!!

I just want to prepare everyone per the City of Moscow Mills please be patient with them they are short staffed however they will be pre-treating the streets they have also advised per the usually as we would as well in these frigid temps to always leave a slight drip as well as your temps above normal to keep from freezing pipes, if the City of Moscow is keeping your streets clean it will take them longer to get to your busted pipes if its under ground...lets help them help you.

With that being said if you do need to travel, make sure you fill up your tank, pack your car with some water, blankets, and some snacks just in case your stopped in traffic due to the weather, ALWAYS BE PREPARED FOR DELAYS!!!

If you're fortunate to get a snow day try and take advantage of the hill by the clubhouse and do some sledding enjoy some family time, its been awhile that we have had any snow like this (IF WE GET IT)

As we prepare to close out the year our reflection of the past is always a good thing that we either take with us or leave behind....here are a few things that one can still be grateful for if not we hopefully have learned and grown from them and still consider it a blessing.

1.)HOME:
Whether the home is small big or rented or owned, the fact that you have a place to reside and rest is one of the biggest things to be grateful for in life.
2.) GOOD HEALTH:
Good health doesn't necessarily mean the absence of any ailment, even when you have don't have any certain issues things could worsen that could results in a quick ICU visit but be thankful your predicament is not compared to them.
3.)MONEY IN THE BANK:
If you have something in the bank you are richer than many others burdened with debt and cash crisis, always remember some people struggle just to do what you do.
4.)GOOD FRIENDS:
In life if you manage to build a strong foundation of a friendship with a few or just one then you are blessed to have one that will stand with you in a difficult time.
5.LEARNING FROM MISTAKES:
The ability to learn form mistakes is our privilege as humans.
6.)PETS:
They truly offer us unconditional love wherever and whenever in life.
7.)FRESH AIR:
This is a continued great reminder in life.
8.)LAUGHTER:
Brings joy to your heart and helps to express ourselves and relieves stress and brings happiness to those around us.
9.)SUNSHINE:
This is a great source of natural vitamins, it is a ray of hope.
and finally
10.)TIME:
It is the one thing in life that you will never get back, spend it wisely and enjoy it to the fullest :)

I hope these few things you can either take with you or remember as we go into 2025.

**Also for those of you that will be having those additional fees for real estate taxes starting in Jan if your portal has a pre-set amount allocated please make sure to change the amount to match the new monthly fee, if you need instructions on how to do that please reach out**
