Big news! I’ve been quiet on Facebook lately because I've been focusing on some incredible new opportunities. I am excited to announce the new Luxury Enterprises / Luxury Upholstery & Audio LOTO shop!To get this new location up and running quickly, I have made the tough decision to temporarily pause work at the KC location. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes for those trying to schedule work right now. Taking this time to finish the buildout ensures I can build the best system to serve both locations moving forward. Thank you all for your patience and support!

Cover restitch with PTFE thread and reinforce areas that were failing. Stripped seat bottom and found out seat base is rotten so started getting it patterned out and cut to rebuild the base.

A little bit of a surprise to unwrap this and find the wood in such poor condition. It’s very saturated with water and has been dry stored for quite some time. A video in the comments will show why this base needed to be rebuilt and epoxy sealed. It’s like a bad Christmas when you open them up and find out that you’ve got a lot more work than expected.
