Service Advisor
You’ll serve as the key point of contact between our customers and our technicians: providing a great greeting, listening to the customer problems or service needs, determining the type of service required, staying in contact with the customer through the process, and advising on other available services.
Automotive Technician - Entry Level
Entry level Technicians begin with 12 months of work in Quick Service. After that time, strong performers will have the opportunity to apprentice and upskill as an Auto Technician, learning new systems and diagnostic tools, and working towards their ASE certifications. As a technician, you will be responsible for servicing our guests' vehicles and ensuring quality workmanship.
Automotive Technician - ASE Certified
As a Lighthouse Automotive Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for servicing our guests' vehicles and ensuring quality workmanship.
Automotive Reassembly Technician
The ideal candidate has a servant heart, a good work ethic, strong communication skills, with a passion for restoring a vehicle to its pre-collision state after repair. The work environment is a fast-paced, active, and has a strong team. The Reassembly technician assists the Body Shop Technicians by reassembling vehicles after all repair is complete in the body shop.
Parts Consultant
Parts Consultants sell parts to all customers and businesses, over the counter, through the shop, with the sales department (accessories), or on the phone.
Service Greeter/Driver
Extend Lighthouse hospitality, prepare cars for the technicians, drive customers to their destination, drive vehicles between Lighthouse locations, and cashier customers when they leave, providing a fantastic farewell! While greeter duties are primary, this position does cross-train with the parts department and may pick up/drop off parts as well.
