This is bad. We’ve seen wallowed out top hats, but never half the shock shaft gone. Impressed it didn’t snap in half.

This was due to the top nut not being tight enough. We’ve also seen this occur from a washer not being installed between the top bushing and top hat.

Make sure your shocks are assembled by someone who knows what they’re doing.

Customer bought this truck from a dealership who had modified it, but was largely misled about the condition and craftsmanship.

Be careful about who you trust with your vehicle. Use a shop familiar with modifying vehicles to make sure all your upgrades are going to work together seamlessly. And if something feels off, get it checked.

Those ugly stocks had to go. This Gx470 got a big upgrade at TEQ with Our Baja Designs edition headlights.

The main light source comes from a TEQ Tri Pro LED projector, with 3 different selectable light temperatures. Secondary is a Baja Designs Squadron Pro pod, which we wired to the customers switch system.

This build also included a RGBW halo for some flair.

The perfect combination of on and offroad performance, all in one headlight.
