We offer our own spin and spice on YOUR all time favorite fast foods. We are the home of the Patacon Burger (Plantain). Customer satisfaction is our biggest goal.

As many of you know, my father started this food truck as a last resort. Little did he know, a dream he didn’t even realize he had would begin to come true, expressing himself freely through his food and connecting with all of you.

This business has changed our lives, and we are forever grateful for the love you show us. That’s why we put all our passion and love into this and always aim for perfection, because you all deserve the best.
