We've always said we'll beat any dealer quoted service and recently, we did just that...again!🤑

A customer contacted us regarding timing belt service and spark plug replacement on thier 2018 Honda Odyssey equipped with the 3.5l V6 engine.

This service consists of OEM parts:
✅Timing belt
✅Tensioner
✅Idler pulley
✅Camshaft seal
✅Crankshaft seal
✅Accessory belt
✅Water pump
✅Spark Plugs

For services mentioned above, the customer recieved a quote from a local dealership for $3,400+ tax!😬
Our quote for the same service using the same OEM parts came in at $1,570 + tax🤑
Thats a savings of a whopping $1,855💲😱

Needless to say, Elite was authorized to complete this service and parts were ordered same day, followed by scheduling this service 🙌

Customer complaints: After a minor incident on the road, the vehicle displayed multiple warnings lights on the dash and disabled several drivable functions including the power steering system⚙️

After further inspection🔍 and data diagnostics📈 assessed, the steering angle sensor (SAS) was disrupted causing the vehicle to isolate drivable functions. Necessary repairs will be made followed by a complete alignment to get it back to the customer as soon as possible 🙌🫡
