Here's a picture of our scoop next to a factory unit, and some pictures taken around the hood opening to show how perfect the fit is. What we've done is actually raise the scoop opening entirely above the surface of the hood, which the factory scoop does not do. "Boundary Layer Air": the air traveling along the surface of your hood is actually detached from the surface, and is about 1" above it. That's why it makes a difference.

Here's an early production view of our tall Shaker scoop. Factory inlet vents bolt right in, you do have to do height adjusting, but very simple to install your factory inlet vents.

Our prototype Tall Shaker scoop for current generation Dodge Challengers...1" taller, straight direct bolt on, fits perfect. Absolutely perfect, no chaffing, rubbing or interference with the hood anywhere.

I know we haven't been posting anything lately. Every business we know of has, for the most part, been busier than they've ever been, we're no exception. Supply chain is still a huge issue, and I don't see any long term improvement on the horizon. Some companies have outright discontinued critical products we have regularly used in the construction of aircraft. So we have to find physically, functionally equivalent or superior products to use. that usually means a cost increase. One happy note for us is that we finally have a decent rig to haul things with! Not new stuff; but good, bargain priced tools to help us do more. So we present our 7.3 Powerstroke Ford dually and our 34' enclosed trailer. We do more than just aircraft, and will be going to some automotive events as well with this rig.
