Good Morning Everyone,

We would like to provide some clarity regarding current wait times for teen driving sessions.

As part of Louisiana’s driver education requirements, every student — both teen and adult — must complete a total of 8 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction with a licensed instructor. Since November 2025, our teen classes have remained consistently full, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued support, trust, and confidence families have placed in Fast Track Driving Academy.

With teens being limited to after-school hours and weekends due to school schedules, available driving times can become limited. In addition to regularly scheduled student drives, we also accommodate students needing extra practice, additional driving time, and Road Skills Tests.

At this time, we are currently scheduling driving sessions for students from our February teen class. However, with summer approaching and daytime availability increasing, we anticipate things moving more quickly. We are also actively adding instructors in hopes of improving scheduling availability and reducing wait times.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and support as we continue working to provide safe, quality instruction to every student.

Good Morning,

We have been getting a lot of calls regarding our May teen class. The class for May filled up pretty quickly so spots are no longer available. If you did not pay a deposit for May, your teen does not have a spot in the May class. If you are unsure if their spot secure, please call the office to check. We do have our June and July classes open for registration also. If your teen did not get a spot in May and you would like them moved to June or July please give the office a call to get them moved and pay the deposited needed to secure a spot. The summers classes fill up fast so the sooner, the better.

With that being said, we also have a location in New Iberia. The New Iberia office does have spots open for their May teen class as of now. Head over to Fast Track Driving Acamedy- New Iberia to see dates. Registration is open on fasttrackdrivingacademy.com
