I am writing to inform you of some temporary adjustments that will be implemented in response to a personal matter.
Following the recent passing of a close family member, I have made the difficult decision to implement minor temporary changes to my office operations. While I am not closing the office, I will be adjusting the hours for the first two weeks of November to allow myself time to grieve and spend time with my family.
During this period (November 1st through the 15th), our office will operate with the following adjusted hours:
* Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
* Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
We recognize that some of your transactions may require additional time due to our work schedules. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact us to explore alternative arrangements. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
