Congratulations to our new VOMV Next Gen Director, Monique 🥳
This past Sunday, we had the privilege of praying her in as our new Next Gen Director, and we could not be more excited for what God is going to do through her leadership.
Monique is a wife, mother of two beautiful children, and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of California Baptist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. Her experience working with children in Special Education also complements the heart and calling God has placed on her life.
For the past four years, Monique has faithfully served the children and families of VOMV with a genuine passion to see the next generation know God, grow in His Word, and discover who He has called them to be.
Her heart for children is deeply personal. Having overcome so much in her own life, including growing up in foster care, Monique carries a passion to create a place where children are loved, protected, encouraged, and raised in the things of the Lord. Since joining Next Gen, that passion has been evident in the way she consistently goes above and beyond, not only for our children, but for the teachers and leaders serving alongside her.
Monique, we love you, appreciate you, and honor the heart you have for this generation. We are praying that this next chapter will be marked by God’s favor, fresh vision, wisdom in leadership, and an even greater capacity to disciple the next generation and develop leaders who will carry the vision forward.
