We’re looking for a talented fabricator who loves building things, thinking outside the box, and bringing creative ideas to life.

•What you’ll do:
•Build a variety of hay trailers and other custom projects
•Jump between different tasks and stay open-minded to new challenges
•Collaborate with a small, hands-on team to deliver quality work

•What we’re looking for:
•Proven experience in fabrication and metalworking
•Strong understanding of how to construct and assemble projects from concept to completion
•Creative mindset with a willingness to think outside the box
•Welding degree is not required

•Perks & schedule:
•Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
•Pay: Depends on experience, starting range $21–$25 per hour

•Location: Moravia, IA (8 miles of gravel)
