She has also spent many hours volunteering at youth sports and at our church. Denver is a certified RV repair technician fully trained in air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators. He also preforms tank cleaning, roof repairs, plumbing repairs, and the often-overlooked routine maintenance that every RV needs. We are selling our B+(Class C) Motorhome. 2023 Coachmen Crosstrail 20 XG. $109,000.00.

This coach is compact and full of all the amenities the big boys have. The dinette is comfortable for 2 or 4 and converts into a bed. It has a two-burner stove, microwave, and a three-way refrigerator (LP /12V / 110V). It has a 32” Smart TV with a removable bracket to mount outside for tailgating parties. The large shower is across the aisle from the toilet, sink, and closet. 2 people can freshen up at the same time. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen area, a pantry, and above the dinette. The best storage is under the motorized extra-long double bed that retracts to the ceiling for big items such as e-bikes, toys, and gear. You can access it from the inside or the huge exterior pass-through cargo bay doors on both sides. There are new locks on the outside cargo bay doors, so everyone in the campground doesn’t have the same key, and a keyless/remote entry door lock from RV Lock.
The large sliding tinted windows at the dinette and both ends of the bed offer a lot of openness. The A/C can operate using the 12V lithium battery, shore power, or generator. You can go off the beaten path with the gas/propane 4000-watt generator, 400 AH lithium battery, the 3000-watt Inverter, 400 watts of solar, and the MPPT controller. The all-wheel drive will get you there, and the dual alternators will keep your batteries charged. The MaxxAir Fan keeps the air circulating through the RV. The Thule 14’ armless awning keeps you shaded on the sunny days. There’s also some extras to help with storage and space.
Not only is there a lot in a smaller space, but it is fun to drive and easy to get in and out of places with the help of the 3 cameras (backup, left, and right side views). You can take it anywhere, and parking is a breeze. It's great for the overnight trip or that long memory-making adventure.

We are so grateful to all our clients, here is what one of our recent clients had to say ….

“We are so grateful to Denver and Kathy for their invaluable inspection of a potential trailer purchase. We had a short turnaround time and they really went out of their way to make it work. They were very professional, thorough and observant and we learned quite a bit in the process. You would be lucky to have them on your team! I wouldn't buy anything moving forward without having them inspect it.”

We love doing what we do… and helping others with a major decision… we are blessed!

This inspection was such a disappointment. We were looking forward to inspecting this 2009 Country Coach Veranda 400. We drove 2 hours to inspect it. Our client is out of state and this is the 2nd one he had inspected. The first one by AZ Expert. It had evidence of water intrusion all in the front cab area. Some of it repaired and some not. The tile floor was so uneven. It look like a relief map. What would cause that? Water intrusion? It had 4 large cracks around the slide corners on the sidewall. The owner was told that was normal. “They all have them.” She was told by a Country Coachmen Rep. Really, a couple of days before we saw a 2009 Winnebago Tour, not a crack on it. The Veranda outside wall/ floor had delamination . Owner says they replaced the flooring and had to rebuild the whole floor, but not very well. Also the outside TV compartment was destroyed as they closed the Veranda with it open. This is all on a preliminary part of the inspection that we told the client we would do for him… and called him to see if he wanted us to continue with the full inspection. What do you think he said? I was actually afraid of what else we might find. We refunded half his money! And he was disappointed but thankful. Glad to be the eyes of those that can’t be there in person.
