New project done as well, 1953 Chevy 3100 5 window, this truck needed a lot of love and we brung this ole girl back from the graveyard. Floor, doors, dash, rockers , cab corners back panel, custom front floor n tunnel., she ready to see her next journey, thank you Steve for the opportunity for race city customs to bring this ole girl back , she’s gorgeous.

Shop update, been a real busy spring n summer, my worst season of the year, but much has been accomplished. The 49 Chevy custom flatbed is complete, it’s ready to make its journey to the paint shop, there’s a real sick color pick out for it . Pictures on it voyage home will soon be posted.thank you Jim for letting us create this special truck for you. Its a show winner

Some folks think custom means buying a aftermarket part and bolting it to the vehicle, WRONG. Custom means thinking what a vehicle should look like then crafting and shaping metal to achieve those specific goals. This front end looks better than a nascar craftsman truck, an ole school truck with a new school look. Race city customs can make magic happen 😎

There’s time in these doors it’s a difficult process, many many cuts especially when cutting 5 inches out of the roof and getting everything to line back up, I’d say it looks amazing, how bout y’all?.1 down 1 to go
