Backwoods Landing specializes in Weldbilt boats, Duck boats, Jon boats, Nucanoe kayaks, and Tohatsu outboards! We carry Weldbilt all-welded aluminum boats.

Located in Mooresville Alabama, just a few minutes west of Huntsville. Backwoods Landing primarily sells Duck Boats and Jon Boats at discount prices. We also sell Tohatsu outboard motors as well as Mudwalker, Gatortail, Bevertail, Backwater, and PPF mud motors and surface drive motors, We sell painted, aluminum, and galvanized boat trailers but we also sell utility trailers. We carry all kinds of

accessories for boats ranging from depth finders, trolling motors, seats, boat blinds, to things as basic as navigation lights. We sell Southern Lite Leds and WJR customs.

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Backwoods Landing! 🇺🇸

We’re taking a few days to spend time with our families, and we hope each of you has a safe and enjoyable holiday.

As for Pap… don’t expect him to sit still. 😂 If you know Andy, you know he’ll probably find something to work on around the shop or be tinkering with a boat before long. He simply doesn’t know how to quit—and truthfully, that’s because he genuinely loves what he does.

Backwoods Landing has never just been a business to him. It’s been a passion. He loves helping people get on the water, building the right setup for every customer, and hearing the stories and memories made afterward. That’s what has kept him going all these years.

We’re thankful for every one of you who continues to support our family business. Enjoy the Fourth, make some great memories with your loved ones, and we’ll be back Monday ready to help with all your boating needs.

Roman and his dad stopped by Backwoods and picked up a brand new 25hp Tohatsu for Duck river in Cullman Alabama. From what they told us, they’ve got a little friendly competition going on every time they hit the water- always trying to outfish each other and see who can bring home the biggest catch. Those are kind of days you’ll remember for years.

We appreciate them, trusting us to help them get them on the water, and we hope this new Tohatsu is a part of many mornings, full live Wells, and stories they’ll be telling long after the trip is over.
