We are open Saturdays from 8-12.

We see this from time to time. Someone in the past has done some wiring and left insulation pieces or ziptie tails in the bilge to float around until a pump sucks it in.

Keeping the float switch from working when you REALLY need it... Free tip of the day! Clean the bilge! And keep the boat afloat!

We call this "Ghost Boat Season" If you have a CABLE STYLE lift. Please make sure it is high enough for the incoming water rise. It will be significant I promise....Also JUST AS IMPORTANT put a line or two on the boat incase it still floats off. At least then it will still be at your dock. Stay Alert, they are controlling dams as much as possible but nothing is guaranteed!

Winterizing season has begun. The first stage is what we call the snowbird stage.

Those are the people who are closing up, packing up and headed south for the winter.

We are seeing a lot of crazy pricing out there and its all over the board!

Our Antifreeze costs went up about 46-48% this year due to petroleum ingredients. Dont believe me? Go look in the stores just to be informed. What was 6.99 retail last year is 13.99 this year.

We held our line as tight as possible and created a balance between lowering our margins and increasing our expenses, so our 2026 pricing lands at about 12-15% more this year overall..

Do your homework, be educated, so you can make good decisions in this economy? We will be providing a FREE of cost quote for your boat that you can see before you commit. Just ask us!!

So Remember two things about us: Your winterizing comes with a spring startup to be sure all systems are well and ready for you. Its included not added.

Secondly make sure the people doing your work are properly insured and credentialed for the marina you are in. Not only for the marinas sake but yours as well. Spring is not the time to find out...
