“I don’t care how ugly you are, I’m going to kiss you.”

That was the first thing Ron said when he walked in to pick up his truck.

A few days ago, after seeing the transformation of Lisa’s Avalon, he told us his truck would be next.

He meant it.

Today, he walked around his Tundra, smiled, and said,

“It looks better than when I bought it.”

Before leaving, he had already booked Lisa’s Honda CR-V as our next project.

The first time, it was:

“If you weren’t so damn ugly, I’d kiss you.”

This time…

“I don’t care how ugly you are, I’m going to kiss you.”

We can’t wait to hear what he says when he picks up the CR-V. 😄

“If you weren’t so damn ugly, I’d kiss you.”

That’s not something you hear every day.

Those were the first words out of Ronald’s mouth when he walked through our shop this morning.

The day before, he had dropped off his wife’s Toyota Avalon after a semi backed into it, leaving a massive semi-tire mark across the passenger-side fender and bumper.

Looking at it, he honestly didn’t think that massive semi-tire mark was coming off.

He simply looked at us and said,

“You come well recommended. Just do your best.”

So that’s exactly what we did.

We removed the massive semi-tire mark, thoroughly detailed the interior and exterior, polished the entire vehicle, and protected it with our annual coating.

You didn’t have to ask Ronald what he thought.

Before he left, he gave me a hug and scheduled his truck to come back next week so we could take care of another concern.

Moments like this remind us that we’re not just detailing vehicles. Sometimes we’re simply helping someone solve a concern they never thought could be solved.

A man is only as good as his word.

Last October, we had the privilege of partnering with Breast Cancer Survivors Oklahoma by donating our Premium Detail Service in support of their mission.

Brenda was the winner.

We reached out shortly after the giveaway to get her scheduled. Although she wasn’t able to bring her Accord in right away, we stayed in touch and honored the giveaway the moment she was ready.

Like we do with every client, we walked around the vehicle together and asked,

“Are there any concerns we should know about?”

Brenda shared one of her concerns with the vehicle.

We let her know we would do our best to get it looking right.

Once we addressed her concern, we stepped back and looked at the vehicle as a whole.

Only then did we know it was where we wanted it to be.

As Father’s Day approaches, I wanted to take a moment to wish all of our clients a happy Father’s Day weekend.

This Silverado originally came in for a detail, but after discussing the owner’s goals for the vehicle, the owner decided to take it a step further.

The paint was polished to increase gloss and clarity, protected with a 2–3 year ceramic coating, and the interior and exterior were thoroughly detailed so it was ready for the road ahead.

This Jeep looked clean.

But it didn’t smell right.

The owner came to us with an odor concern that remained even after the vehicle had been cleaned and prepared by the dealership.

Instead of masking the odor or guessing at the cause, we started looking deeper.
