Throttle Down Kustoms fabricates high quality steel bumpers for Ford, GM, Dodge/RAM, and Toyota trucks as well as skid plates and factory replacement frames for Jeeps and Broncos. All Throttle Down Kustoms bumpers:

- Are made from solid PNO steel plate, 3/16" or 1/4 inch" thick
- Use a steel plate that is CNC laser cut for exact and precise fitment
- No-weld mounting, like the OEM bumpers they re

place
- Are available with brush guards made from .120" steel wall tubing
- Are available with either a paintable bare metal finish or a tough powdercoat finish
- If the bumper is shipped with a bare steel finish, it is shrink-wrapped "ready to paint" with no swirl marks
- Include a set of 3/4" Clevis mounts with 7/8" holes that are ready for severe duty
- Accommodate factory parking sensors, with OEM-style fasteners that make installation easy
- Are mig welded by hand by certified, trained professionals
- Are designed for real, honest-to-goodness work vehicles
- Are made in the USA
- Are warrantied for life

A CJ-7 with a little something extra 🔥

Troy K. Sent in these photos of his rad 1986 CJ-7, using our frame as the foundation of this beautiful restoration. Troy did an amazing job at bringing this build to life; but he gave it some extra pep in its step by dropping a 530hp 6.2 LS backed by a TR-4050 Transmission and Atlas Transfer case. He noted that “the frame handles it like a champ” and were proud to hear that 💪

Following our popular addition of the TJ Low Profile Skid plates, we now have our YJ version available! Constructed from laser cut 3/16” steel, this skid is nearly two inches shallower than our original design. This high clearance skid plate will fit our TDK YJ frames or your Factory YJ Frame. Hey everyone! We’ve been working on big updates on our website to make everything more organized and easier to use for all of our customers. Due to this process there were a few models that we’d mentioned weren’t available to order online. We’re stoked to say that bumpers for the; 2022-2026 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X, 2022-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2, and the 2024-2025 Ford Ranger Raptor are now available on the website!

More updates are in the works and we’re doing our best to get this finished up as it’s been a very long process. We appreciate all of the support and those who’ve called and ordered! 👊

A great customer of ours brought us this pickup to get the full treatment from front to rear. Sitting on a Mid Travel Lift Kit and wrapped in ,we finished out the build with our “Mayhem” Front Bumper with Winch Mount as well as our Rear Bumper.

Shane M. Sent us these photos of his beautiful 1983 CJ-8! His Scrambler is built on our CJ-8 Hybrid Frame, which is built to use the CJ Body, Grille, Front Fenders, Gas Tank, and steering box; but underneath, this frame is setup to use TJ suspension and axles.

Shane’s CJ was built using:
* TDK CJ-8 Hybrid Frame
* TDK Rear Bumper Receiver Hitch w/ Tire Carrier
* TDK Kustom 2”x4” Front Bumper w/ Frame Cover
* 2005 LJ Axles
* Metal Cloak 5.5” Long Arm Kit (purchased through us for proper setup on frame)

This 2025 Ford F-150 made it to the shop for an install of our Mayhem Bumper!

This bumper was optioned out with two sets of light holes for the Squadron Light Pods, our standard black powdercoat, parking sensor holes, and adaptive cruise control mount to keep all of the functionality of this new truck working properly!
